Tiffany Spino
Certified Mindset Coach
The Walking Strong Foundation
Meet Tiffany Spino
Compassionate. Experienced. Wholeheartedly Committed.
With over 21 years of dedicated service as a pastor, teacher, special needs educator, and mindset coach, Tiffany brings a unique, holistic approach to wellness coaching—one deeply attuned to the emotional and developmental needs of boys living with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.
In her work as a teacher and special needs educator, Tiffany developed a nuanced understanding of developmental milestones, adaptive strategies, and individualized education planning. This experience allows her to create coaching frameworks that are as personalized as they are empowering—designed to uplift boys with Duchenne by recognizing both their challenges and their incredible strengths.
As a pastor, she cultivated deep empathy, spiritual insight, and the ability to hold space for others with compassion and strength. These years in spiritual leadership taught her how to build trust, speak hope into difficult situations, and walk alongside individuals and families with unwavering support.
As a Certified Mindset Coach, Tiffany focuses on helping boys and their families build emotional resilience, set meaningful goals, and embrace a proactive mindset. Using tools like motivational interviewing and strength-based coaching, she guides them in cultivating confidence, clarity, and hope—no matter what the journey looks like.
Tiffany’s work also extends beyond Duchenne—she served as a consultant and writer for the Cooley’s Anemia Foundation in New York City, supporting Thalassemia patients worldwide. That experience taught her the power of community, the beauty of shared vision, and the contagious nature of hope, even in the face of chronic illness.
Every session, every conversation, and every plan Tiffany creates is grounded in the belief that everyone living with Duchenne deserves to feel seen, heard, and empowered to live a fulfilling, confident life.

As a Mindset Coach with Walking Strong, I can assuredly say that no one does this better than the young men and families living with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. I am consistently moved by the courage, resilience and perseverance of those within our Duchenne community. Despite the prevailing message that DMD is a lifelong illness and the road ahead may seem daunting, our young men are realizing an incredible power living inside them – the power of mindset. With the right mindset, we are seeing our boys with Duchenne thrive, live out their utmost potential, and build a legacy that transcends any limitation. ~Tiffany Michaels
